Workshop Technician
Depot – Lanark or Ayrshire

Due to our ongoing expansion we are hiring for our busy workshop. If you have mechanical
experience and are looking for a new challenge we want to hear from you.
Working in our workshop you will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance and repair
of a variety of machines and equipment. You will be responsible for the preparation of new
machines being sold, servicing and repair of customers machines as well as our own hire
fleet. Opportunities are available to become a Field Based engineer for the right candidates.
To be successful, you must have at least 4 years workshop experience. Be hardworking,
willing to learn, able to work to deadlines, and be thorough in all aspects of the job. You will
be able to update your knowledge by participating in training opportunities provided.

Depot Administrator
Depot – Ayrshire

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our expanding business in Dundonald.
If you are interested in machines and enjoy a new challenge everyday within a busy depot
then we are keen to hear from you. Whilst we will provide product training it is preferable
that you have some knowledge of agricultural machines. As our Depot Administrator, you
will be responsible for the administration work for our busy sales team. This will include
stock control, invoicing, registering and preparing paperwork for the sale of machinery.
Other duties include general depot administration, answering the phones, banking and
dealing with general enquiries. You will also assist with promotional events. Additional
responsibilities may be given, depending on experience, including HR, Health and Safety,
Vehicle management which would report directly to the Managing Director. For this role,
you must be methodical and have excellent attention to detail. Your skills must include
excellent use of Office 365 packages eg. Excel, Word, Outlook, OneDrive etc.

  • Sales administration experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM software
  • Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office Packages
  • Expert IT ability
  • Excellent time management skills
  • First rate customer service
  • High level of numeracy skills
